1. Personal Data We Collect on the Marketing Website

We collect only the minimum necessary information to communicate with business prospects:

• Contact and Identity Data: Name, work email address, company name, and company size submitted via our "Request a demo" or contact forms.
• Operational Interest: Specific product pillars selected (Financial Management, Supply Chain & Inventory, Procurement & Sales, Human Capital & Projects) and free-text notes.
• Technical Connection Telemetry: Standard IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps collected automatically by web server infrastructure for security and DDoS mitigation.

2. Lawful Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR Article 6, we process marketing inquiries under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests (responding to your direct business inquiries regarding our SaaS software) or Consent where explicitly provided.

3. Customer Operational Data (The ERP SaaS Application)

When you subscribe to Cloud Control ERP, your operational business data (financial entries, warehouse stock counts, vendor records, payroll details) is processed under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). In that relationship, the customer acts as the Data Controller and Cloud Control ERP Ltd acts as the Data Processor. We never sell, monetize, or use customer operational records for advertising.
